Brownie Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

Today I finally had a chance to make these yummy cupcakes I had seen on  Tidy Mom's Blog.  To start, I mixed up a box of brownie with and added Reese's Peanut butter chips and baked in cupcake wrappers.

Baked at 350 and let them cool . . . 

Then I mixed up the peanut butter frosting . . . 

And used my new cupcake decorating kit from Bake it Pretty . . . 

Added some mini chocolate chips . . . and there ya have it!

DELICIOUS!!

BUT . . . very very rich.  If I were to make these again, I would make them in a mini muffin pan because finishing one of these can be a little tough.
