Adult Beverages

I have been waiting for a chance to make some "adult beverage" cake pops.  Now that my favorite newly weds are hosting a cookout and I need something to bring, I have chance to make 'em!  Here's what I have so far . . .

I made the beer cake pops with chocolate cake . . . 

BUT

I made the Pina Coladas and Margaritas with . . . . 

PINA COLADA CAKE and COCONUT BUTTERCREAM!!!! 

They are delish! Found the recipe in my newest cookbook purchase, 101 Gourmet Cake Bites.  Might be  my new favorite cake flavor!  Think I'll make the peanut butter and jelly ones next :)
